Returns

GOGOAPK LLC offers refunds for eligible items requested within 30 calendar days of delivery date.

Approved refunds include the merchandise total and applicable sales tax, minus any applicable restocking fees.

GOGOAPK LLC reserves the right to refuse any return handed to the carrier outside of this 30-day window. Ineligible returns will be sent back to the customer’s address on file without a refund.

Exclusions

To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original condition. The following are not eligible for return:

• Software, driver discs, or digital downloads.

• Warranty cards with the activation code scratched or revealed.

• Items with significant customer-induced damage (e.g., cracked screens, liquid damage, ect.).

Express Shipping Fees

We generally do not refund shipping costs. However, Express Shipping fees under $50 will be considered for a refund by manual review based on the following:

1. The product remains unopened and undamaged.
2. The customer does not have a history of high return volume.

Approved shipping refunds may appear on your bank statement as a seperate transaction from the order refund.

Restocking Fees

GOGOAPK LLC reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee in the following cases:

• Items returned with cosmetic damage, missing original packaging, or missing accessories.

• Accounts identified with a high frequency of returns.

Legal and Export Control Restrictions

1. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, statutes, and regulations regarding export controls and trade sanctions.

2. Prohibited Destinations and Entities: Our products/services may not be sold, exported, re-exported, or transferred, directly or indirectly, to any countries or regions subject to comprehensive trade sanctions or embargoes (including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and the Crimea region), nor to any individuals or entities listed on any government sanction watchlists (such as the US Specially Designated Nationals List).

3. User Representation: By purchasing or using our products/services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such restricted country or on any such list. You assume sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable export laws.
